Qi Gong & Tai Chi
Qi Gong is a system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation which promotes physical and mental health. This class will include Tai Chi practice. Peter has been teaching these techniques for several years.

Step & Connect Women’s Social Walk
When: Thursdays

Time: 9.30am-11am
Cost: FREE
Join other women for a walk around the area, followed by a cuppa. Meet at Lilydale Community House. This walk is an Inspiro facilitated walk.
Walk leaves at 9.30am sharp.
